I used whole wheat flour for the crust but feel free to use all-purpose flour.
The bacon can be cooked in the oven for 3 minutes at 400F
You can also cook the sausage in the cast iron skillet until brown and place the dough on that pan as it's still warm while you add the toppings.

Pizza Dough
1 ½ cupswater
warm, 105-110f
1 Tbspsugar brown
1 Tbspactive dry yeast
1 Tbspolive oil
2 cupswhole wheat flour
or all-purpose flour
1 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a cast iron pan.

Put warm water into a large mixing bowl.

Add sugar, yeast, and stir.
Step 5
Let the mixture sit 5 minutes, or until frothy and bubbles form.

Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and gently stir to combine.

Add 2 1/2 cups flour and salt and mix with a spatula until a ball begins to form.

Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough, adding flour as needed.

Roll dough into a ball and let rise for fluffiness.

After rising roll dough out into a circle and place in the pan.

Fold the end of the dough to form a crust.

Coat 1/2 Tbsp of oil on the dough surface, add green seasoning.

Add the toppings.

With the rest of the oil mix the rosemary, pepper, and brush the crust of the dough.

Bake on the lower rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes until crust looks crispy.

Let cool and top with Parsley, lime juice, and enjoy!

Serve with a bowl of salad adding leftover ground beef and bacon etc. Enjoy!
