Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large saucepan or pot, pour the vegetable oil at least 2 inches and let that heat up on medium high heat.

2. Add potatoes in the oil in batches and let that fry until golden brown. Take the potatoes of the oil put it into a dish or tray covered in paper towels.
Step 3
3. In large saucepan pour olive oil and sauté garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Add in your spices and mix that until well combined.
Step 4
4. Add in your fried potatoes and lemon and let that heat up until lemon is evaporated.
