HEALTHY SAUTÉED RAPINI

4 steps
Prep:5minCook:8min
Sautéed rapini is a delicious and healthy side dish that features tender-crisp rapini cooked in garlic-infused oil. Rapini, also known as broccoli rabe, is a leafy green vegetable with small broccoli-like florets and a slightly bitter taste. When sautéed, the rapini becomes slightly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flavorful on the inside. The garlic oil adds a fragrant and savory flavor to the dish, which is balanced by a hint of salt, fish sauce, and crushed pepper for seasoning. The dish is versatile and can be served as a side to complement a variety of main dishes or can be enjoyed over pasta or rice for a light and healthy meal. Sautéed rapini is a great way to add more greens to your diet while enjoying a delicious and satisfying dish.
