Instructions

Step 1
Cut your onion, your garlic, your sweet potato and your pumpkin into pieces.

Step 2
Saute the onion, the garlic and the kurkuma into a pot with the olive oil.

When they turn a little bit golden, throw in the pumpkin and the sweet potato cubes with the paprika, the salt and the pepper.
Step 4
Stir for 3-4 minutes and add the water. Leave it until the ingredients are soft.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and use a blender or a potato masher to smooth them untill velvet. At the end, add the nutritional yeast and stir for 2 more minutes. You can add a little bit of extra olive oil, according to your likings.

Serve hot and sprinkle with a little bit of feta cheese and pumpkin seeds on top (optional)
