Instructions

Step 1
Coat chicken in cajun and lemon juice to marinade
Step 2
Sear in hot pan on both sides for a few minutes, until golden (does not need to be fully cooked through). Set to side.
Step 3
Lower heat and fry off onion and garlic until softened (add drizzle of water to help)
Step 4
add passata, water and cheese, stirring till melted and combined
Step 5
season mixture with cajun seasoning, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, basil and garlic salt
Step 6
lower heat and add chicken to simmer for 10-15 minutes, adding water if needed
Step 7
boil pasta until al dente and stir through chicken, stir through. Enjoy.
