Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350
Step 2
Cut off tops and chop tops finely. Set aside and scoop out seeds.
Step 3
Heat 2 T oil in large skillet over medium/high heat
Step 4
Add meat and salt and pepper
Step 5
In another skillet add 2 T oil, onions, peppers. Cook 4 minutes
Step 6
Add garlic and zucchini. Then tomatoes. Season.
Step 7
Stir in meat and rice. Add cheese.
Step 8
Fill peppers with mixture. Top with panko bread crumbs and oil and cheese. Pour 1/4 cup water into pan.
Step 9
Cover and bake 20 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered
