Now, let’s not start debating whether Parmigiano is the fourth ingredient or not because we all know that it is optional and you only need it to make it mamma mia 😏
In fact, to make it vegan, simply leave out the grated cheese 🌱

Step 1
In a blender, mix butter beans, sun-dried tomatoes and chilli paste for a couple of minutes. If your sauce is too thick, you can add a ladle of pasta water.

Add your sauce to a pan over medium low heat and warm up your sauce for a couple of minutes.

In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente, drain and add it to your sauce.

Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together for a minute, adding a ladleful of pasta water.
