Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and set a side, dice half a red onion, and set a side, dice turkey bacon and set a side.
Step 2
Into a pan on medium heat add avocado oil, add diced red onion to pan, and cook until translucent
Step 3
Add chicken and garlic to pan. Add paprika, oregano to pan, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cook chicken until brown, add bell pepper, turkey bacon, rice, 2tbps of bbq sauce, and chicken bone broth to pan.
Step 5
Add lid and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Once rice is cooked and the liquid is gone. Turn of burner and top with cheddar cheese and 4 tbps of BBQ sauce. Let cheese melt and serve.
