Instructions

Cordon bleu

Step 1
Cut the cheese into strips and stack them on top of each other. Place 2 slices of ham next to each other and wrap the cheese. Then place another 2 slices of ham next to each other and wrap again.

Cut the chicken breast in the middle without cutting it completely. Place the coated cheese in the middle and close the chicken breast.

Crack the egg into a flat plate. Pure in the milk and mix until well combined. To another flat plate add the breadcrumbs.
