Instructions

Step 1
Cook onions on a low heat in olive oil until caramelised

Add first tbsp of paprika, dried Italian spices, salt and pepper

Add shredded peppers until softened

Add carrots
Step 5
Add white wine vinegar
Step 6
Turn up to a medium heat and let veggies soften

Add a splash water if anything looks like it's catching and keep stirring

Add the beef mince cook until browned, keep stirring

Add a splash of wine
Step 10
Add more paprika and salt and pepper

Add a tin of tomatoes still simmering

Add a full stock cube
Step 13
Add a gulg of wine
Step 14
Keep simmering and stirring for at least an 1 hour
Step 15
Keep moist with wine
Step 16
Add more paprika, salt and pepper
Step 17
Everything should be softened
Step 18
Serve with bread and butter
