Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C/gas mark 7).
Step 2
Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Step 3
Put the minced beef in a bowl with the oregano, onion granules and garlic granules.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well and divide into fifteen equal pieces, then roll them into meatballs.
Step 5
Place the meatballs on the baking tray along with the diced onion and pepper.
Step 6
Cook in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Step 7
Turn the oven temperature down to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas mark 6) and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Step 8
Mix the tomato puree with the balsamic vinegar and spread it over the wrap.
Step 9
Place the wrap on the lined tray.
Step 10
Spread the cooked meatballs, onion and pepper over the wrap, then sprinkle with the gherkin slices.
Step 11
Cover with the grated Cheddar, then tear the mozzarella into small pieces and arrange on top.
Step 12
Sprinkle with a little extra oregano.
Step 13
Cook in the oven for 7 minutes or until the wrap is crisp and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Step 14
Remove from the oven and serve.
