Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Reserve 3/4 cup cooking liquid

While pasta cooks, cook bacon. using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate

Add asparagus and garlic to drippings to the skillet and cook until beginning to brown, about 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer asparagus and garlic to a plate with bacon

Whisk together egg yolks, salt, pepper and two tablespoons parmesan cheese in a medium Bowl
Step 5
Add oil, drained pasta, 1/4 cup cooking liquid, and egg mixture to skillet and toss to coat
Step 6
Add bacon, asparagus, garlic, peas and another 1/4 cup cooking liquid and toss gently to combine
Step 7
Cook until heated through, about one more minute. if necessary, Stir in 1/4 cup more cooking liquid to reach desired consistency
Step 8
Top with remaining Parmesan cheese
