For The Battered Broc-Cauli
0.5cauliflower

0.5broccoli

4garlic gloves

2 Tbsgrapeseed oil
¾ cupalmond milk
½ cupchickpea flour
½ cupalmond flour
¼ cuptapioca flour
½ tspbaking soda
salt

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small bite-size pieces
Step 2
Preheat oven to 230C
Step 3
In a large bowl whisk together; chickpea flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, salt and baking soda until combined. While whisking slowly stream in the milk, then the oil and whisk until smooth. Whisk in garlic.
Step 4
Add Cauliflower and broccoli to the bowl of batter. Coat the florets very well with the batter, ensure it gets into all the nooks and crannies.
Step 5
Place cauliflower and broccoli mix on a baking tray and bake for 12-14minutes until stems are just fork tender. Be careful not to overbake them, they'll get mushy.
Step 6
Assemble your burgers and Enjoy!
