2 Tbspolive oil
1 cupyellow onion
diced
2carrots
peeled and diced small
2celery stalks

1 poundground turkey 93% lean
1 tspground sage
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1 Tbspworcestershire
2cloves garlic
minced
2 Tbsptomato paste
2 Tbspflour
1 cupchicken broth
1 cupfrozen peas
½ cupfrozen corn

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover potatoes with water and a pinch of salt in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until easily pierced with fork.
Step 2
Add oil to a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots and celery until softened 4-5 minutes. Add ground turkey and break up with a wooden spoon. Once cooked through, add sage, thyme, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and flour and let it cook out for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour in chicken broth, peas and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain potatoes and mash or pass through ricer. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Check for seasoning and add salt or pepper if needed. Spread evenly over the meat mixture in the skillet.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes. Let rest 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
