Ingredients

For the Bhaji
300gpotatoes
medium size, peeled and cubed
¾ cupgreen peas
100gchopped tomatoes
medium size
100gonion
large, finely chopped
1 cupcauliflower
broken into florets
½ cupcapsicum
6 clovesgarlic
200gbutter
30gPav Bhaji masala

Step 1
Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
Step 2
On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done.
Step 3
Then add Pav Bhaji masala and fry for few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables.
Step 4
Add the mashed vegetable mixture and mix well

Mix the butter, pav bhaji masala and cilantro in a small bowl
Step 6
Cut the dinner rolls in half and brush with the melted butter mixture
Step 7
Cook the dinner rolls butter side down on a griddle or toast in the oven until dinner rolls brown
