Dressing:
3 Tbsneutral oil
I used avocado
1 Tbsred wine
1 Tbshoney
more 🍯 if you like sweet
¼ tsporegano
¼ tspcumin
2Chili’s in adobo
+ 1 tsp sauce
½ tspsalt
1 Tbslime juice
1garlic clove
minced
⅛ tsppepper
Steak:
Instructions
Step 1
Steak - season with: garlic & onion powder, oregano, S&P *take it off the heat to rest before it’s med rare (it’ll keep cooking when you make the quesadillas)
Step 2
Dressing - Purée everything except oil then drizzle it in while pulsing until it’s emulsified. Taste & adjust to your preference. Mix with sour cream to serve
Step 3
Veggies - season with oregano, S&P & garlic *high heat so you get some color & they stay crispy.
