Instructions
Step 1
Mix the beef together with some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic. Make 4 flat burgers out of it and bake these in a heated pan.
Step 2
In a different pan, heat the the tortilla's one by one
Step 3
Once heated, add first the burgers and then the cheese to the tortilla. Let the cheese melt a little, and fold the tortilla together to make a taco-shape.
Step 4
Put all the (now taco shaped) tortillas together and let them heat a little longer so that the cheese is fully melted and they stay in shape
Step 5
In the mean time, finely cut together the pickle, slice the tomato and (if not pre-cut), chop the lettuce.
Step 6
Mix together the ketchup, mustard, mayonaise and pickle
Step 7
Top the taco/tortilla's with the sauce, lettuce and some slices of tomato
