10allspice seeds
1chicken bouillon cube
neutral oil

Add all ingredients into large bowl and combine thoroughly. Marinate overnight
Step 3
In a heavy bottom pot, add tablespoon of oil on high heat. Sear chicken until browned.
Step 4
Add in marinade mixture to pot, add water to submerge meat, and bring to a lower simmer for 2 hours
