1 ozchicken broth
1 tablespoonroasted chicken base

1 tablespoonbacon fat
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 tablespoonpink himalayan sea salt
2 cupsfine egg noodles
2 cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Purée one onion, two celery, and one carrot. Fry in the bacon fat and butter for 5 to 8 minutes add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stir continuously. Pour broth in pot, add puréed vegetables and stir. Add The Better Than Chicken Base, Add 2 cups copped carrots and 2 cups of chopped celery, parsley, salt, pepper cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add shredded chicken cook for another 5 minutes. Add the Egg Noodles and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. I slice a half an avocado on top of my soup when I pour it into my bowl.
