Instructions

Step 1
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, oil, and sugar.

2. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture.

4. Stir in zucchini.
Step 5
5. Spread into a greased 13x9x2 in. baking pan.
Step 6
6. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
Step 7
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
