Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
In a bowl/ ziplock bag, combine breadcrumbs, oil, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, garlic. Place chicken pieces into breadcrumbs mixture, turn to coat chicken well.
Step 3
Place chicken strips on prepared baking sheets, making sure they aren’t too close together. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. Cover chicken with foil. Bake covered 10 min.
Uncover; bake for an additional 10-14 min until edges are golden and chicken is cooked through
