Instructions
Step 1
Mix the onion, turmeric, dill weed, black sesame seeds, rosemary, and salt into the ground turkey.
Step 2
Flatten mixture and cook in covered non-stick pan on medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Flip and add coconut oil and parsley flakes. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes or until golden-brown.
Step 3
Add broccoli and cauliflower and steam for another 10 minutes.
