2 tablespoonbutter

1 x 8 ozdairy sour cream
2 cupschicken broth
1 cupMonterey Jack

Instructions
Step 1
Sauce: cook onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir flour into sour cream then add to onion mix. Stir in broth. Stir while cooking till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 of cheese. In dish your cooking in, spread enough sauce to cover bottom.
Step 2
Filling: stir in 1/2 cup of sauce into chicken. Spread about 1 - 1/2 tablespoons in the middle of tortillas and roll. Place into sauced dish till full then drizzle leftover sauce over everything. Top with cheese.
Step 3
Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, olives and onions
Step 4
I personally pressure cook two whole chickens with the garlic, onions, poultry seasoning, poultry bouillon, salt and pepper... use cooked chicken and broth for above, much better flavor. Just double the sour cream and flour. Save any leftover broth for soups.
