12 ozsweet potatoes

16 ozground turkey

1 cupyellow onion

½ cupcrushed tomatoes

2 tspground cumin
1 tspchili powder
½ tspgarlic

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspapple cider vinegar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Poke holes in sweet potatoes with a fork and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 2
While sweet potatoes are baking, heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and onions and cook until turkey is browned. Add tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Weigh the turkey mixture and sweet potatoes separately. Divide the weight by 4 to get the amount needed to fill one serving. Place one serving of turkey on one serving sweet potatoes then top with cheese and green onions. Enjoy roasted broccoli on the side.
