Mushroom Pizza

You can make two 12-inch pizzas from this recipe. I made pizza dough using a bread machine. Mine is Zojirushi BB-HAC10. You can skip the dough part and buy store-sell pizza dough for a shortcut! I used dried Porcini mushrooms, regular white mushrooms, and shitake mushrooms for one pizza and made another pizza per my son's request. Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the pizza dough ingredients to the bread machine. Using "DOUGH" course. My Zojirushi machine (BB-HAC10) takes 1 hour 45 minutes to finish.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450 F. Lightly coats a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
Step 3
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in shallots, mushrooms, thyme, and oregano. Cook until mushrooms are tender and browned, about 5-6 minutes; season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Sprinkle flour to the working on a surface, and roll out the pizza into a 12-inch-diameter round. Transfer to a pizza pan.
Step 6
Top with mozzarella, and add mushrooms.
Step 7
Place into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses have melted.
Step 8
Add olive oil on top, and serve.
