Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F.

Add the olive oil, carrot, onions, paprika and garlic powder to a frying pan and sauté until softened.
Step 3
Then, transfer to a bowl together with the tofu, flour, dill, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir together well, then shape into 10 even-sized spheres.
Step 4
Lay them out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, make the sauce by adding all the ingredients to a pan and stirring over a low-medium heat until it thickens.

Serve the tofu meatballs together with the sauce, garnished with sesame seeds,
