Separate the eggs. Using a mixer, beat the egg white and add a pinch of salt and sugar until fluffy and shiny. Set aside

Place the egg whites beater in front of you and add half of the yolks, mix with big folding motions, add half of the dry ingredients, and fold in with big motions. Be careful not to break the eggbeater. Repeat.

Transport to a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the melted chocolate chips and swirl them lightly into the cake, not too much as you want to see the chocolate sauce weaved into the batter.
