Step 1
In a bowl, mash the banana until it becomes a purée

And in the rest of the pancake ingredients and whisk well (add more water if batter is too thick)

Pour a scoop and a half of batter onto a nonstick pan (medium heat)

Cook until bubbles on the surface start to pop, flip and cook for another 10-20seconds
