Instructions
Step 1
Boil/pressure cook 1 cup chickpeas, after soaking overnight
Step 2
Roughly chop tomatoes, olives, onion and basil. Mix with dressing and let rest
Step 3
Steam broccoli and chop into florets. Add in chickpeas and broccoli with rest of the ingredients
Step 4
Crumble feta and let rest for 10 mins for mx flavour
