Instructions
Step 1
Add your biscuits into a freezer bag and bash them with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Melt dark chocolate and butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds or until melted.
Step 3
In a bowl, add your melted chocolate, butter, coffee, sugar, cocoa, your biscuits and almond flour.
Step 4
Tip the chocolate mixture out in the middle of a cling film sheet, roll it out and mould it into a salame shape.
Step 5
Rest in the fridge for at least 2/3 hours or, even better, overnight.
Step 6
Remove cling film and cover your salame with icing sugar.
