Onion till golden brown ( caramelised)

Tomato + tamarind ( till it becomes mushy and oil separates)

Put all spices

Cook till the masala looses its rawness

Add prawns
Step 9
Mix well and cover it
Step 10
Give occasional stirr till Prawns starts changing colour from its original colour.
