Tips:
1. If you don’t have maple extract sub vanilla extract or banana extract.
2. You can substitute chia seeds, ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, and shredded coconut out for
more of one of the others if you need to.
3. If you are hungry midday try doing 1⁄2 a serving as a snack as this is a very filling meal/snack.
4. You can make this as “overnight oats” and combine everything in a mason jar in advance and either eat cold or reheat in the am!
