1 ¾ cupheavy cream
3 Tbspsugar
1 tspvanilla
2 x 4 ozinstant vanilla pudding

3 cupsmilk
1 boxgraham crackers

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream, sugar, and vanilla until there are stiff peaks, about 4 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the milk and pudding packages together for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the pudding and whipped cream together, taking care to fold it together.
Step 4
Layer the bottom of a 9×13 pan with graham crackers. Add half the pudding mixture and spread evenly. Make another layer of crackers. Add the rest of the pudding and spread again. Add one more layer of crackers. Chill while you make the frosting.
Step 5
Mix the cocoa, milk, and sugar in a medium sauce pan. Let it come to a roiling boil and boil for 1 minute.
Step 6
Remove from the heat and let cool for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Mix in the butter and the vanilla until the butter melts.
Step 8
Pour over the cake and tolt the dish to help the glaze cover it completely.
