preheat oven to 400F

cut squash in half (long ways) and scoop out seeds with a spoon

sprinkle some salt on inside then place face down on a baking pan

pierce the skin with a fork a few times
Step 5
cook for 30-40 min
Step 6
mince garlic cloves
Step 7
spray a pan with cooking oil
Step 8
add ground chicken and cook on medium heat
Step 9
add chickpeas, garlic, and salt
Step 10
cut lemon and squeeze juice into pan, being careful that no seeds fall in

tear or cut up spinach and add it in
Step 12
add yogurt, dill, and water
Step 13
continue to cook on low heat
Step 14
once squash is ready, use a fork to shred into "noodles"
Step 15
add half of the noodles and half of the mix to a bowl and enjoy
