Step 1
Blend all cardamons and cloves
Step 2
Soak musk melon seeds and poppy seeds in ½ cup water
Step 3
Fry onion until soft and blend with cashews
Step 4
Marinade chicken in yogurt and ginger garlic paste
Step 5
Add chicken with yogurt to pan and slowly heat
Step 6
Add onion and cashew paste
Step 7
Add ½ cup soaked seeds
Step 8
Add all spices and kewra water
Step 9
Cook until Chicken is tender and serve with rice, naan or chapati
