Instructions

Step 1
Brown the meat.
Step 2
Once meat is ready, combine all ingredients excluding the cream cheese in the crock pot.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
Step 4
About 30 minutes before eating, add in the cream cheese* and allow to cook down.
Step 5
Once the cream cheese is completely incorporated, it is ready to serve.
