freshly squeezed
1 teaspoonmanuka honey
1 cmfresh ginger
piece, thinly sliced
0.5umeboshi salted plum
fermented
250mlwater
just boiled
Instructions
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in your favourite mug. Let steep for 3 minutes. Muddle the ingredients using a small teaspoon, sip and enjoy.
