Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper
Step 2
Spinach-sauté onion & add 10 oz pkg spinach. Put in greased dish. Sprinkle with feta. Add tomato slices or halves of cherry tomatoes. Add egg mixture.
Step 3
Put chopped broccoli & grated cheddar into greased pan. Add egg mixture
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes until eggs are cooked
