Instructions

Step 1
Bring milk to scalding on the stove. Mine hit almost boiling at 165 (they say 185)
Step 2
Stir in any desired flavoring then pour into crockpot (I warmed mine up ahead of time then turned it off)
Step 3
Let it cool till it hits 90 degrees (took about an hour and a half)
Step 4
Pull out about two cups of milk into a bowl and stir 1/2 cup yogurt into it and poor that back in
Step 5
Leave it alone for 12 hrs
