Instructions

Salad

Step 1
Heat the oven at 180 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes in small cubes and brussel sprouts in half. Season with smoked paprika, chilli, oregano, grated garli, olive oil, tumeric, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Bake for around 25 minutes turning it after 15 minutes.
Step 3
Put the egg in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the salad, cucumber and red pepper.
Step 5
Arrange everything in the bowl and season with the dressing.

Dressing

Step 6
Heat the small pan and add sesame seeds. Toss them until they become golden in colour. Put them in pestle and mortar and crush them until you get a paste.
Step 7
Add all other ingredients and mix until you get a smooth sauce.
