Step 1
Dice the tomatoes, slice the onion 1/4 in thick, slice the tops of the hot peppers off, and peel the garlic cloves
Step 2
Roast each vegtable seperately, roasting times differ depending on the vegtable, remove when the edges look singed
Step 3
Roast at 400⁰F roughly 30 minutes for everything except the tomatoes take 15 minutes
Step 4
Process most of the tomatoes and onions in the food processor, leaving some to chop for texture. process all of the garlic.
Step 5
Mince the cilantro, and then add all the ingredients together in a salsa jar.
Step 6
Shake up the salsa jar to combine, the salsa will taste optimal after it has sat in the fridge for a day
