Step 1
Heat a pot over medium to low heat. Add the Amaranth and toast for about a minute.
Step 2
Add in the milk, water and salt. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Divide the amaranth into two bowl and top with banana, sprinkle of cinnamon, coconut yoghurt and toasted pecans.
