Instructions
Step 1
Mix together carrots and water in a pot over medium-high heat, and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add in all remaining other than the rose water and continue to boil for another 20 minutes.
Step 3
Mix in rose water, and cook for five more minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy jam warm or cool and refrigerate in a glass jar!
