Step 1
Heat 2 t olive oil in a non stick skillet. Season fish on both sides with blackening seasoning. Sauté until flaky.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toss cabbage with 1 t olive oil, lime juice and salt.
Step 3
To serve, place cabbage on serving plate, top with fish and pico de Gallo. Drizzle with dressing.
