I recently had Auntie Anne's soft pretzels for the first time and they were great. Here was my attempt in making them from scratch! They came out semi cripsy on the outside and soft & pillowy on the inside!! They are topped with a touch of sesame seeds and salt with a pumpkin spice glaze because who doesnt love a sweet and salty combo 🤭

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the Air Fryer at 365 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
In a bow, mix water & yeast
Step 3
The add in your flour, sugar, & salt
Step 4
Form a ball & cut into 8 even slice (like a pizza but not rolled out)
Step 5
Roll each slice out separately into logs
Step 6
Cut into 6-8 Cubes
Step 7
Spray some avocado oil
Step 8
Air Fry for 6 Minutes *adjust depending on how cripsy you want them*

Flip halfway through

Meanwhile, in a condiment dish, mix your powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Then mix in your granola butter
Step 11
Now it is time to take your pretzel nuggets out of the air fryer!

Coat in butter, seeds, & salt
Step 13
Dip and Enjoy 😉
