4 Tbsptomato pizza sauce
any amount that is enough to spread evenly on the toast
0.5red pepper
1spring onion
3mushrooms
30ghard cheese
cheddar or Edam
½ tspmixed herbs

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the grill to 180°C
Step 2
Slice the pepper, green onions and mushrooms.

Grate the cheese.

Place the bread under the grill and toast the curved side of the sliced baguette.

Remove the bread from the grill and place uncooked side up.
Step 6
Spread the tomato sauce over the bread.

Arrange the pepper, mushroom and onion over the slices of bread.
Step 8
Sprinkle the cheese and mixed herbs over the bread.

Place under the grill until the cheese bubbles.

Serve with Hoi sin sauce for extra flavour.
