Sheet pan honey mustard chicken with green beans

Easy chicken sheet pan recipe with a delicious honey mustard sauce. Throw in some sheet pan potatoes if you’d prefer!

Ingredients
4 servings
For the honey mustard sauce
⅓ cuphoney
3 tablespoonyellow mustard
3 tablespoonstone ground dijon mustard
or spicy brown mustard just something different than yellow 2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsponion powder
1 tspcumin
1 tsppaprika
2 Tbspolive oil
For the green beans
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Add the chicken to a sheetpan and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix together the garlic, onion powder, cumin, paprika, 2 tbsp olive oil, honey and both mustards. Pour the mixture evenly over all of the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile toss together the green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Add to a sheet pan. At the 20 minute mark add to the oven with the chicken.
Step 5
Continue cooking an additional 15 minutes or until the green beans are roasted and tender and the chicken is cooked to 165°
Step 6
*keep in mind the thickness of the chicken will determine the cook time. If your chicken breast is very thin, you’ll only need about 20 minutes cook time. If the chicken is very thick you might need up to 45 minutes cook time.
