My favorite way to show Brussel sprout haters they are wrong 🫡. Probably because covered in bacon fat. They are so good that I forgot to take a picture before we ate most of it.

Instructions

Step 1
Steam the sprouts for five minutes only so that they stay green and firm. Sweat the onions with a pinch of salt. Add the bacon until browned. Next add the brussel sprouts and herbs. Cook two minutes until heated.
