Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into 1×1 inch cubes.
Knife
Step 2
Fry tofu until light brown and set aside.
Frying Pan
Step 3
Chop onions, garlic, and tomatoes and saute over a wok or large pan until soft.
Step 4
Chop red and green bell peppers and add to the onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cover with a lid to soften the bell peppers.
Step 5
Add the two cans of tuna and stir.
Step 6
Add the oyster flavored sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and mix.
Step 7
Add sesame oil and some black pepper and salt to taste.
