Instructions
Step 1
Chop carrots and add oil and garlic into baking dish and roast along with desired herbs spices and seasoning
Step 2
After 15mins add mushrooms
Step 3
Meanwhile boil potatoes until soft to mash
Step 4
When carrots and mushrooms are roasted, add spinach and cook tossing regularly until spinach cooked too
Step 5
Remove veg and add the oil and garlic into the mash, add extra milk/Butter/marg/mayo to mash if you wish
Step 6
Serve in a bowl veg on top of mash
